He often arrived early and stayed late to help classmates with their studies, believing in the importance of supporting others. In his honor, the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund continue his legacy by providing opportunities that support students on their academic journeys and keep his memory alive."

🎓 Scholarship Benefits

• 20 hours of SAT Prep Tutoring

• 1 SAT Study Book

• Reimbursement of the $68 SAT test fee (if charged, after completing the class and exam)

📝 Application Requirements

• Submit your name, grade, school, and email with your application.

• Submit a signed agreement form (student + parent signatures required).

• Submit a short paragraph answering the application prompt (see below).

• Deadline: Tuesday, September 2nd (by midnight).

📌 Participation Rules

• Attendance is mandatory: You must complete all 20 hours (10 classes).

• No absences allowed: Missing classes will result in removal from the program.

• Cameras must be ON at all times (live video required). No black screens or still images.

• Be on time: Late arrivals will not be admitted after attendance is taken.

• Login name must match your registered name.

• Use your personal email address (all updates and class information will be sent there).

• Obtain your SAT book from the instructor or BRACE advisor before the first class.

💵 SAT Test Registration & Fees

• You must register online for the October SAT before the first day of class.

• You must pay the SAT testing fee (or obtain a fee waiver from your BRACE advisor).

• Keep your receipt for the test fee (if charged).

• After completing the class and taking the test, email your receipt to AdenPerry@comcast.net with your address for reimbursement.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent/Guardian Involvement

• Parents must review and sign the agreement form with the student.

• This confirms they understand the scholarship terms and conditions.

✍️ Application Prompt

Submit a short paragraph answering the following: “What is the significance of this scholarship opportunity, and what is the importance of achieving the highest SAT score possible? How will it impact your future?”

• Acceptance emails will include Zoom login details and book pickup instructions.

• Do not share Zoom login information. Only students on the official list will be admitted.

• No late submissions will be accepted.
